Technical Testing
We offer both bespoke and off-the-shelf technical testing for all clients (included in fees or as an optional extra)
Clients receive full dashboard showing candidates strengths and areas for improvement.

Psychometric Testing
Psychometric Testing is standard for any retained/senior search roles and is an optional extra for all clients. Clients and Candidate receive full report on management, leadership, teamwork and communication traits.
